Rafi Law Group is seeking a Pre-Litigation Paralegal! Rafi Law Group is a successful personal injury law firm located in the West Valley. The office is newly remodeled and offers a dynamic work environment!
Pre-Litigation Paralegals provide support to attorneys, clients and colleagues. This position is responsible for handling pre-litigation matters primarily from the treating phase through demand stages.
Medical, dental, vision insurance and 401K plans are offered after successful completion of the introductory period. Competitive compensation is being offered!
Responsibilities:
⢠Proactively provide support to injured clients.
⢠Establish professional relationships with clients in order to obtain vital case related information.
⢠Resolve property damage in a diligent manner.
⢠Gather, review and analyze medical records in preparation for demand and negotiation phases.
⢠Collaborate with and provide support for assigned Attorney.
⢠Maintain electronic and paper files.
⢠Successfully sustain high volume pre-litigation caseload.
Qualifications:
⢠3-5 years of experience as a personal injury Paralegal/Case Manager
⢠Ability to prioritize while handling a high case count
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⢠Deadline and detail-oriented
