We’re growing steadily and looking for an experienced or mid-level CNC Lathe Machinist who wants a stable, long-term home where their work genuinely matters and is recognized.

Diverse Work Load - We machine a good mix of thermoplastics like ultem, teflon, and vespel as well as metals such as aluminum, stainless, titanium and inconel. Tolerances can be as tight as +/- .001"
You're a great fit if you have:
3+ years experience running CNC lathes
Understanding of GD&T principles, reading blueprints
Solid setup skills and comfort with Mazatrol and/or Fanuc controls
Ability to edit programs (full programming is a plus but not required)
Ability to use inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and quality mindset
Reliability, good communication, willingness to learn
Previous experience with live tooling or Y-axis machining
Previous experience machining aerospace components
