Assembler/Operator Position. This position includes but not limited to:
-Assembly labor (Soldering, Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Assembly)
-Repetitive assembly processes
-Operate light assembly tools
-Assure accuracy of product
-Operate and maintain production auxiliary equipment
-Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
-Communicate with Production leadership
-Follow all applicable SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
-Maintain GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Hours: 8AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday. Hourly position with occasional overtime. Ability to stand for long periods of time is REQUIRED. THIS IS NOT A MANAGERIAL POSITION!
Holiday/Vacation: 10 holidays, 5 sick days, and 10 vacation days per year.
Insurance: Health Benefits (Health/Dental/Vision) will be available on the first day of the month following 60 days of hire date. There is no cost for employee coverage (Health and Vision Insurance). Eligible family members can be added and paid for by employee. Employee will share dental premium cost with employer at 50%. Eligible family members can be added and paid for by employee.
Qualified Retirement Plan: Simple IRA retirement plan available to employee after 90 days with employer contribution matching up to 3% of base salary. Contributions and growth are pre-tax.
