Summary/Objective
The manufacturing associate operates fabricating machines, assembles products, receive products, and ships products until they are completed to acceptance test procedures and routing operations by performing the following duties.
Essential Functions

Reads routing and performs work as assigned by department supervisor
Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
Operates fabrication shop and machine shop machinery and equipment. Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
Measures workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.
Operates any equipment needed to perform job.
Performs related duties as assigned by supervision.
Operates fork lift as required
Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools.
Cleaning glass as needed
Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
Packaging completed items for shipping
Maintaining inventory on hardware
Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
Lifting heavy materials
Keep record of material and equipment
Wear the proper safety equipment.
