Manufacturing company looking for a reliable person to cast solid surface into the appropriate molds and be part of the production team. We produce commercial and institutional restroom solutions.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
-Maintaining raw materials inventory
-Mixing and casting matrix into our molds
-Cleaning and maintaining the molds
-Maintaining work space clean and organized
-Other duties relating to production including, grinding, sanding, building, inventory cycle counts, etc.
-Miscellaneous tasks around the warehouse
Qualifications:
-Quick learner
-Highly motivated
-Good computer skills
-Casting experience
-Attention to detail
Requirements:
-High School or GED
-Reliable transportation
-Pass a background check
-Knowledge of solid surface counter top materials.
-Good math skills
-Ability to lift 100lbs
-Ability to use pneumatic and power tools
-Ability to read a tape measure
-Team oriented
-Knowledge of polyester resins and and catalysts
-Ability to follow and change formulas accordingly
Work Environment:
Strong chemical fumes and or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noises. Protective equipment is provided. The position involves standing and walking for long periods of time throughout the day.
