ICA is seeking candidates with material handling or inventory transactions background working in a manufacturing environment. Must love working in a fast-paced factory with great people!
JOB SUMMARY
Performs all stockroom activities for Electronics production manufacturing facility, including but not limited to: receiving, cycle counts, kitting and all system activity related to the processes.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
WIP to finish goods, issue kitted materials
Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items
Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications
Accurately performs all inventory computer transactions as required
Perform manual counts, scale counts, and SMT electronics reel counts
Properly handle electronic components as instructed, in an ESD-controlled environment
Load SMT feeders as needed
Fills orders or issues supplies from stock
Process materials returned from Production back to stock
Maintain inventory and kitting records
Run all daily inventory reports on WIP in an issue out
Complete physical adjustment for daily cycle counts
Prepare shortage report
Ability to cross-train when necessary to work in other inventory controlled areas or production floor if needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have 2-3 years experience in electronics manufacturing working in the warehouse or stockroom environment
Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel)
Basic Math skills to include adding, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to work well with others
Must be able to speak and read English
Must be able to read, understand and follow work instructions
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, stretch and reach with hands
Must be able to lift or move 25lbs
Must have hand/eye coordination and dexterity with small hand tools
Ability to walk at a fast pace delivering material to work areas
