Quality Assurance Inspector for Aerospace company
Your resume MUST reflect the following experience:
3–5 years of quality inspection experience in aerospace manufacturing with
electrical/mechanical assemblies.
Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, wiring diagrams, and MIL-STD
specifications.
Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations, AS9100, and electronic inspection
standards.
Skilled in using precision inspection tools and equipment (manual and automated).
Experience with or ability to program Micro-Vu, Keyence, or other automated
measurement systems is a strong plus.
Familiar with J-STD-001 workmanship standards (certification preferred).
Excellent organization, documentation, and time management skills.
Familiarity with FAI (AS9102), MRB processes, and QMS documentation systems (e.g.,
SharePoint, ERP).
Prior experience working in a Part 21 PMA or Part 145 Repair Station environment.
Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, batteries, or power electronics.
Demonstrated ability to switch between tasks and inspection types quickly and
efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Requirements:
Pass a national background check
Pass 10 panel drug test
Be a qualified U.S. person as designated under INA, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) or be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to the potential exposure to ITAR-controlled data and export control regulations
