Direct Care Staff
House of Bliss LLC - Chandler, AZ 85225
$12.00 an hour
- Provide support and care for the children living in the group home, maintain a safe family environment within the home.
- Assist the children by direct interactions, including but not limited to behavioral management, and facilitating therapeutic recreational and social life skills.
- Complete ongoing training to include, CPR, first aid & CPI
- Participate in monthly team meetings
- Follow an assigned schedule for daily living tasks
- Follow company rules and schedules to provide consistency
- Dispense medications per medication authorization
- Complete daily progress notes
- Maintain all DCS licensing standards
- Computer skills
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Current Valid Arizona driver license with 39 month clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have experience working with children
- Current Valid level one fingerprint clearance card
- Physical and TB Test with results (within 3 months prior to employment)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $11.00 to $12.00 /hour
