Sunshine Residential Homes is a group home agency that caters to abused, neglected, and abandoned children from ages of 3-17.
Group Home Staff / Behavioral Health Technicians:
The group home staff's main responsibility is to provide support and care for the children living in the group home and to maintain a safe environment within the group home. Assist peers by directing interactions, including but not limited to behavioral management, and facilitating therapeutic, recreational and social life skills. Diploma or GED required. Unless otherwise noted: $13+/hr depending upon experience and education.
House Manager:
House Manager would supervise staff and maintain scheduling; coordinate daily operations pertaining to clients and staff; monitor daily group home schedules; accurately document each client's behaviors, sleep patterns, interactions, and providing a therapeutic approach during daily routine.
Starting Salary - $40k annually.
Available BHT Shifts:
Wednesday to Saturday
Please note this shift does include 3 split day
Wednesday: 6a-8a AND 12p-8p
Thursday: 6a-8a AND 2p-8p
Friday: 6a-8a AND 2p-8p
Saturday: 8a-8p
Sunday to Wednesday
Please note this shift does include 2 split days
Sunday: 8a-8p
Monday: 6a-8a AND 12p-8p
Tuesday: 6a-8a AND 2p-8p
Wednesday: 4p-10p
Live In Weekend
Friday at 5pm through Sunday at 9pm.
Gross - $1250 bi-weekly
Weekend Overnights
Please note this shift pays $12/hr due to this shift having minimal interaction w/ the children. Main responsibilities are cleaning and monitoring.

Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have Diploma/GED.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
You must be eligible for level one Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have at least 1 year of verifiable experience working with children (ages 0-17).
