This dual-role position combines basic bookkeeping duties with general administrative support.
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in bookkeeping / financial record keeping (preferred).
Experience with Google Sheets or Excel, Quickbooks, Wordpress, and woo commerce.
Experience with dialer system.
Experience in digital marketing.
The availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
Complete entry-level bookkeeping.
Manage social media and content creation. Blogging.
Land and property research.
ADP payroll.
