Hourly compensation based on experience.

Full-Time with PTO

Goodyear located professional office is hiring front office/reception personnel.

Job Duties:

- Answer phone calls and greet walk-in customers. Determine the nature of the call or visitor and direct them to the proper individual.

- Calling customers to remind of upcoming appointments.

- Data entry - Copy and save information from customers.

- Manage call logs.

- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. No weekends or evenings required.

- High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience.

- Prefer experience with word and excel.

- Must have reliable transportation.

- Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as positive professional business image.

- Organized, detail oriented and responsible.
