We are looking for a qualified candidate for our Human Resources Administrative Assistant position! The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative support to the recruitment team as well as providing support to the HR Manager and other team members, as needed.

Job description is as follows:

Support the recruiting process, including job postings, coordinating interviews, reference checks and preparing for new hires.

Processing corporate new hires, including sending welcome email, drug screen and start date information.

Coordinating new hire orientations

Administrative support for the HR Manager

The successful candidate will have:

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college; and 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. . Ability to work independently .

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a high volume, fast paced environment

Effective and strong verbal/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Professional demeanor, with the ability to interact and maintain both internal and external relationships, in a confidential manner.
