Position Title: Receptionist/Office/Warehouse Assistant
GoldenHome of AZ is seeking for a full time Receptionist/Office/Warehouse Assistant position. This position will be responsible for assisting overall office and warehouse operation. This person must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, fair, friendly, and enjoy working with customers and warehouse personnel.
Requirements:
Warehouse operation experience
Able to read, type invoice and packing list
Excellent communication and counting skills
Need to able to take clear message and schedule measurement
Know how to speak Spanish is a plus
Keep showroom clean
Responsibility
Take phone messages and greet customers.
Post invoices and keep track of project payment
Manage reportings
Manage all packing schedule and completion
Counting and tracking inventories
Tracking cabinet modification list
Tracking granite fabrication list
Dispatch granite installer and cabinet installer
Dispatch and follow up all orders

Position Location: Phoenix AZ
Compensation: Start at $12.00 to $15 per hour base on experience
