Brewer Enterprises, Arizonas leading plumbing provider, is growing rapidly and we are currently seeking an experienced Scheduling Project Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, the Scheduling Project Coordinator holds the essential responsibility for the administration, coordination and management of scheduling for the Field. This position is critical to the effectiveness of Field Operations and functions as the backbone of production. Additionally, this position may assist with administrative tasks which may include reporting, purchasing and general support for the Design & Engineering staff.

Essential Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage inbox for Territory Project Coordinators

Function as the administrative contact for builders and maintain a positive relationship with scheduling personnel

Data entry of schedule dates from builders

Coordinate and manage inbox for Territory Project Coordinators

Job schedule information and reporting

Holds overall responsibility for issue resolution, both Internal & External

Assist Territory Project Coordinators with overflow of field scheduling

Provide administrative support to Supervisor, Director and Executive Management

Qualifications and Skills:

Competence with builder scheduling processes and the functions of Field information support

Ability to check, verify and troubleshoot scheduling issues and/or other project information

High degree of attention to detail and ability to organize vast amounts of information

Ability to directly and professionally interact with builder representatives and Field personnel

Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn and work with various applications

Strong oral and written communication skills essential

Effective organizational and coordination skills are vital

Preferred:

General understanding of plumbing operations, standards, and materials helpful

Background in Residential Construction administration, including, but not limited to, Schedule Processing

3-5 years experience in an Administrative role desired
