CANAM Realty Group has a steady and consistent flow of BUYER leads coming into the company. So many in fact that we require another experienced Buyer's Agent that can hit the ground running. We simply cannot handle them all. These are serious leads, not Zillow or internet leads from people who are just playing around with an internet search. Are you one of the many agents who are great at helping a buyer find and purchase their new home, but simply don't have enough good new clients? Would you rather not deal with the hassle and costs of marketing, advertising, cold calling, taking photos, putting up signs, and tedious transaction coordination? Our agents are responsible for showing property and initiating an offer. Once an offer is accepted, our team takes over so you can dedicate your efforts to doing what you do best and that is selling homes.
We are not your typical brokerage. We do not have hundreds of agents struggling to make a living in real estate. We are a team of experienced professionals who all work together to ensure our client's real estate needs are met. For the last 7 years in a row, we have been awarded the distinction of being named a Top 100 Agent for the greater Phoenix area. This is possible because Canam is dedicated to funding over $100,000 per year to a marketing strategy consisting of bill board, full page newspaper ads, on line advertising, and direct mail campaigns that work. This dedication makes our phones ring with quality clients who are ready to buy now. For that reason, we find it necessary to expand our team in order to handle the overflow of buyer leads.
Here are the skills and experience we feel are necessary to ensure a candidate will be a successful member of our team.
-An experienced, licensed Realtor who has initiated, managed and closed at least 20-25 transactions
-Exceptional phone and follow up skills
-Working knowledge of MLS and has above average computer skills
-Outstanding communicator with the ability to network to build business
-A minimum full-time commitment between the hours of 8:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday and on the weekend when required to meet the client's needs
-Lives in the East Valley
Your contribution to the team will be to:
Manage Buyer leads by contacting new leads immediately and providing relevant information
Nurture relationships until the Buyer is ready and qualified to buy through our amazing Boom Town lead management system
Communicate and counsel clients who wish to purchase a home or investment property
Show property and initiate a purchase contract
Work with the team and the client to ensure a smooth and timely close
Compensation is based upon a fair split in which a competent, experienced Realtor can expect to make $75 to $100K per year.
