Opulent Real Estate Group in Phoenix has an immediate hire available for a talented professional residential property manager in the single-family home, condos, town-homes, and multi-family space.
Experience is appreciated but NOT required. We are willing to train hard and dedicated workers.
MUST HAVES:
An Arizona Real Estate License.
Smart Phone.
Willing to screen maintenance calls/emergencies
Great Attention to detail and a GET IT DONE attitude!
Experience a plus. Bi-lingual a plus.
DUTIES (will vary):
Owner/Tenant Customer Service
Rent Roll
5 day notices
HOA and tenant notices
Lease Renewal Management
Drafting Leases
Drafting Disposition of Deposits
Acting as Listing Agent on Vacancies
Eviction Management / Court
Full Time in office hours Monday Friday 9am-4pm: (16th St and Camelback)
(some weekends move in's / out's as required)
$20/hour DOE, plus bonus on rentals you show/lease.
