We are the local office of a national commercial real estate brokerage dealing primarily with investment real estate (ie; Multifamily, Office/Industrial, Retail and Hospitality) as well as residential and commercial land - mostly infill or path-of-growth locations. Our primary markets are Maricopa, Pinal, Pima, Yavapai and Coconino Counties, but we occasionally sell properties throughout the rest of Arizona.
At this time we are looking to add a few good people to our team, and will consider new to the business brokers as well as seasoned veterans. Our commission splits are very competitive in the industry, and we have most of the subscriptions and resources you will need to be successful, including CoStar (National), LoopNet, Yardi-Matrix, Vizzda, ClientLook, Buildout, TheAnalyst Pro, LexisNexis, AIR CRE Forms, etc.
Will also consider "virtual" or satellite agents at splits as high as 90% (not available to NTB agents).
