I am the owner of a mobile home park in West Phoenix. I am seeking an on-site manager for a mobile home park. You must be bilingual, have experience in either apartment or mobile home property management, and be willing to work directly with the owner.
Some of the duties will involve collection of back rents, serving docs, enforcing Park Rules & Regs, overseeing maintenance of the Park. You also must be willing to live on-site. Living quarters are now occupied but I can share pics of what it looks like when it's vacant. Pay is $27.00/ hr , 35 hours per week. If interested, please send resume.
