Maintenance Technician Needed:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual for our full time Maintenance position of a 150-200 unit property in Scottsdale. Must be proficient in all areas of maintenance, to include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pools and appliances, painting, and help out with turns when needed.
-HVAC -CERTIFIED A MUST
-Pool maintenance knowledge
-A minimum 2 year maintenance tech experience
-Must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
-Ability to self manage and prioritize with the ability to problem solve
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Ability to interact with people in a positive matter
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Assist and help out in Preparing vacant units
-Inspect move-in and move-out units
-Working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, local, state and federal laws
-Must have reliable transportation
-A valid driver's license may be required
-Take after hour emergency calls - one weekend a month.
-Finished carpentry work (install new baseboards, etc)
