Western States Flooring Inc is a premiere provider of flooring products and installation. We sell our program and services in some of the big box retail stores. In order to do this we hire Lead Generators to position themselves in these stores and gather leads for us from customers interested in purchasing new flooring for their home. You just chat with customers as they walk by, it is a no pressure situation. We the take those leads and schedule and in-home designer to come out and give the an estimate in their home.
The stores that you would be working in are in the The West Valley and Phx area along with the East Valley, Mesa, Gilbert, etc. You are generally in the stores collecting leads Wed - Sat from approx 9am - 6pm with a lunch break.
You have a designated area that you stand/sit with some samples and you greet and chat with customers in the store. Anyone interested in having a free in-home estimate you gather their contact information so that we can contact them.
This position is not a sales position, you do NOT need to know anything about flooring or installations.
We are looking for a friendly, professional and presentable person to fill this lead generator position.
It requires that you have good communication skills and that you are dependable.
Requires that you have a reliable mode of transportation and are able to transport some small displays that we use. These displays can fit in the trunk of a car.
You must be able to pass a background check.
