Job Description
Science Care Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Client Services Coordinator. This position provides customer service to clients facilitates service requests and ensures compliance with Science Cares policies and procedures to help Science Care fulfill its vision to be the world's leading whole body donor program advancing medical science to improve the quality of life for people everywhere. Required Elements:
* Longevity, ownership, passion and the desire to overachieve are core attributes within our team, we are looking for a strong addition
* Providing world-class customer service to all clients
* Managing the customer relations process including client needs assessment, quote and order fulfillment, invoicing and all outreach touch points
* High attention to detail for documentation, tracking, control, and record safekeeping
* Ability to prioritize and execute a large amount of tasks in a specified period of time, while ensuring flawless execution
* Ability to quickly adapt to change and re-prioritize based on the needs of our clients Personal Elements:
* Previous supervisor or management experience a plus
* Previous event planning experience a plus
* Someone who is passionate about improving life.
* High standards of excellence.
Skills/ Requirements
* BA/BS or advanced degree in a Business related field or like experience
* 3+ years of progressive customer service

Our training labs use human tissues provided through our accredited donor program to ensure the safety of physicians and the dignity of whole body donors.
