You Should Have
At least two years Automotive Service Advisor/ Manager experience
Automotive Management software such as Mitchell and other POS system's
Ability to source and order parts using electronic catalogs and build complete estimates quickly
Excellent telephone and communication skills
A neat clean professional appearance
Current driver’s license
Excellent track record in auto repair shop customer service, sales, management and selling service.
Must know service writing and have excellent customer service skills and phone skills
Must be a good listener on customer needs and have respect for customers, management, mechanics and the shop.
