We are seeking an Entry Level Retention Specialists to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
Responsibilities:
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Answering or making calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

Paid training at $11.00 per hour. Advancement opportunities are also available. We have Full time or Part time positions available with flexible hours. Hourly minimum guaranteed, or commission, whichever is higher. What you make is up to you! Last week's top agent made $18.11 an hour.
Additional Information: Payday is every Wednesday. Monday through Friday are required work days. Saturdays are optional. Our current staff is averaging $12 to OVER $17 an hour.
