Our Client manufactures capital equipment used by Semiconductor manufacturers in the device manufacturing automation process. Their equipment performs a critical function in the testing process of some of the industry's most complex and state-of-the-art devices. Our Client's products are used by industry leaders and are focused on the growing automotive electronics and Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) markets. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to help build a strategic presence with key customers. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the Company gain expanded traction with North American IDMs and Foundries and you will help us expand and grow our customer base.

N THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
  • Develop sales plans, profiles and strategies based on gaining full understanding of customer needs to achieve the company sales target and objectives.
  • Work closely with customers and the support team to deliver the best technical solutions to meet applications needs.
  • Define targets and build strategic relationships with key North American-based semiconductor companies to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with other regional sales teams to achieve excellence in strategic global coverage for multi-national accounts.
  • Expand business by identifying new opportunities within targeted industry segments with prospect to existing and new contacts.
  • Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipelines
  • Provide input to senior management on customers and competitive trends

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION, YOU WILL REQUIRE:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales/ account management with complex manufacturing machinery and service solutions to the semiconductor industry with demonstrated success selling to large global accounts in the region.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science from an accredited college or university. Mechanical Engineering and Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Skills/Technical Requirements:
  • Intimate knowledge of semiconductor industry and manufacturing processes with experience in Back-End semiconductor process preferred.
  • Ability to understand complex product value propositions and engage customers in a consultative solutions-based approach rather than price.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills from the shop floor to the C-Suite.
