Develop a global community of SAP practitioners across Deloitte. Lead and support SAP pursuits and Practice Development initiatives. Deliver SAP AMS projects successfully. Promote and foster collaboration between SAP with our AMS practice and across Deloitte. Promote an effective forum for sharing SAP expertise

The team

Our AMS/Operate services focuses on on-going operations and maintenance of the SAP platform, including design and implementation of system enhancements and new product features as well as testing and deploying periodic SAP upgrades. Professionals have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

Deloitte's AMS/Operate services act as an extension to client's organizations by bringing deep capabilities in advising, maintaining and enhancing technologies to serve alongside client teams to deliver insights across flexible economic models that align cost to consumption, delivery to realized outcomes and engagement accountability to a truly collaborative partnership.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP ISU FICA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

• Finance
• Supply Chain
• Customer and Sales Operations
• Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 8 years' relevant SAP consulting or industry experience in an AMS/support environment
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience
• SAP FICA
• Technical or functional lead experience
• Pre-sales, proposal or RFP experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Travel 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Desired:

• Excellent understanding of the SAP ASAP & Agile methodology frameworks and related business processes
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships
• Experience leading offshore teams
• Experience with developing eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materials
• Greenfield implementation experience
• S/ 4 HANA
• Master's degree
