Our Client, the second largest waste management company in the United States, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Phoenix, AZ! The person will be responsible for the management and delivery of large and medium complex, IT projects to a successful completion. You will be working on the on the Inside Sales/Sales coverage project, with the objective of optimizing sales activities!

This is a 9-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension
Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
• Experience working in a Project Management Office
• Experience with vendor and contract management
• Experience managing the implementation or improving the CRM software system (salesforce) for a service industry company
• Project Management Institute (PMP) certification preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex enterprise level and/or multi-department projects to completion
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with industry standard project management and service delivery methodologies for IT (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma, OCM, PMBOK, or ITIL a plus)

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage all aspects of large, complex enterprise-wide software and infrastructure deployments
• Work closely with business and IT leaders to define the vision, scope and delivery timelines for technical deliverables
• Create and present detailed internal and external status reports and tailor reports appropriately for presentation to the Executive Level
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Manage system development efforts including all aspects of software development life-cycle, hardware and software integration, testing and deployment
• Support work estimation process in support of development activities
