Job Description: Domain:
(Potentially two roles, one with 7-11 years of experience and one with 12-16 years of experience )
Previous experience with financial markets technology from a market risk perspective.
In-depth knowledge of various asset classes including IRD, FI, Credit, FXD, FX Cash and Commodities
Experienced in dealing with Risk, Product Control and Front Office stakeholders in both Markets and Treasury divisions
Understanding of front Office Support to the trading floor for derivative trading systems for: P&L, Pricing, Risk, Market Data, Curves, and Pricing Data Setup
Business Analysis skills on developing projects for Market Risk and Front Office requirements
In depth understanding of Regulatory Compliance, Market risk measures (VAR / FRTB) with good business exposure and ability to review, reconcile outputs
Hands-on experience in market risk solutions like Calypso, FIS Adaptive, Finastra, Murex etc.
Project Management:
Experience is managing implementation of Risk Management Transformation initiatives in partnership with senior Risk / Business stakeholders
Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to translate requirements into Functional Specification documents/BRD's
Minimum 10 years of experience in an Agile Software Development environment , inclusive or roles like scrum master / product owner for minimum 5 years.
Proven track record as a Product Owner and help the project the team in decomposing requirements into detailed user stories
IT skills (Nice to have):
Exposure to Unix, SQL, Advanced Excel, GIT and JIRA will be beneficial
Experience in QA, test scenario definition/ execution, business validation, documentation
Individual:
MBA from tier I college / institute
Minimum 10 years of experience in captive consulting firms as IT BA/ consultant/ functional SME having handled risk transformation programs.
