Start up company with existing clients is in need of a software developer with IoT and mobile app experience. This person must be a total out of the box thinker and willing to take the vision of the leader and make it reality. The ideal candidate will be a visionary who will get the software moving but eventually will become a CTO/CIO. The company is ready to start a capital raise process. The ideal candidate doesn't need a lengthy resume but must bring and demonstrate their ability to develop software.
Compensation will depend on what you bring to the table. Compensation will include the opportunity to earn ownership/equity in the company.
Telecommuting is possible thus the person will need to work unsupervised and not need motivation to execute at the highest level. The Founder and CEO has a proven track record of success in building businesses. The business already has seed capital and is going for another round in the next 3-6 months.
Ideal candidate will:
1) Have a four year degree.
2) Proven software and mobile app development.
3) Be a visionary thinker.
4) Be coachable.
5) Be someone who can become a CIO/CTO.
6) Blockchain knowledge but not expertise.
