We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Master Barber who specializes in precision fades, straight razor shaves, scissor cuts, classic haircuts, and expert beard grooming. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also personable, reliable, and customer-service driven.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform a variety of barbering services including fades, tapers, straight razor shaves, scissor cuts, beard trims and shaping, and traditional haircuts
-Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences
-Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
-Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and respectful attitude
-Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Qualifications:
-Valid Arizona Barber License
-3+ years of experience as a professional barber preferred
-Mastery of various haircutting and grooming techniques
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
