What You'll Do:
Perform scratch therapy sessions following client preferences and energy
Create a welcoming, safe, and judgement-free space for every guest
Educate clients on the benefits of scratch therapy and how it differs from traditional massage
Use your scratching method intuitively, no kneading or deep pressure required
Maintain cleanliness and uphold spa hygiene and safety standards
Collaborate with a supportive team to shape a fresh take on touch therapy
What We're Looking For:
Arizona LMT license in good standing (REQUIRED)
A passion for helping people feel good in their bodies, not just fixing them
An open mind - this is a non-traditional modality
A reliable person who puts this position as a priority
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - connection is key here

-Looking for a LMT part-time in Scottsdale to work the following:
Week 1: Work Tues, Wed & Thurs 12-7pm with Mon/Fri/Sat/Sun off
Week 2: Work Monday & Wednesday 2-7pm and work Fri/Sat/Sun 10-7pm (Tues & Thursday off)
-Weekends are the busiest!
