We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to provide a warm welcome to our office and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to multitask effectively. Duties
- Greet clients and visitors, answering questions and providing information as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, and mail
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Use phone systems to make and receive calls
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with phone systems and receptionist software a plus
