Electronic Security Concepts has an immediate need for a person to train and assist in our monitoring department for our alarm and access control Compass programming, building panels for Intrusion alarms, changing codes, setting up new accounts and much more. Very Helpful if you have Compass, monitoring center training experience, and QuickBooks experience. This position is available right away and will have an extensive training period. You must be able to learn new programs easily, retain information a be very well experienced on computers. This position would be great for that person that has an interest in programming , who has worked in monitoring dispatch as well as customer service. .. Must have experience with QuickBooks, Excel and excellent computer skills This position will be performing daily follow up with customers, working directly with technicians on job sites and follow up on a regular basis.
Experience in Programming, Monitoring Centers, IT, Construction or Security Industry is very valuable for this position.

Skills/ Requirements
QuickBooks, Excel spread sheets, email correspondence, with exceptional customer service skills\
Security Industry experience preferred but not mandatory
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment work with Technicians in the field, and assist customers with their security systems, build and program panels.
Excellent listening, written and verbal communications skills, team player and professional look
Highly dependable with leadership abilities
Must be able to prioritize job duties and meet deadlines

Must have computer experience and be able to learn new programming. You must be dependable and want a long term career. This position takes months of training and is very important to the security of the public. This position requires a very motivated and be highly responsible person. You must have great customer service skills and display leadership abilities, be very organized and work well together in a team environment and with customers.
