PlusThis, a successful and fast-growing online software company based in Gilbert, AZ, is
seeking an upbeat, responsible, and experienced Tech Support/Manager.
PlusThis is a campaign toolkit for small business marketing automation users. We help
them easily launch advanced online marketing strategies with any of our 50+ tools so
they can convert more leads to customers and make more money. Founded in 2013,
PlusThis is a bootstrapped, profitable business with thousands of paying customers and
over 50 million customer campaign transactions per month.
Are you the one who will help us grow to the next level and beyond?
The Details:
● We’re looking for a rock star who is both a customer success representative and
can manage a small team of customer support representatives
● This is a full-time, in-office role reporting to the CTO
● 70% of your time will be supporting customers, 30% managing the customer
success team
● We’ll pay anywhere from $50k - $70k annually based on the value you can add

What You Will Be Responsible For:
● Provide 1:1 support via chat, tickets, phone, Facebook, and email
● Help customers implement their ideas using PlusThis tools
● Create training/how-to videos and vignettes
● Manage customer success team
● Manage support ticket queue
● Communicate reports
● Ensure customer response/resolution times via ticketing system and customer
engagement representatives
● Research and implement tools, systems, and methods for reducing churn and increasing usage
● Represent PlusThis at conferences (2x/year once they start back up again)
Experience (Ideal candidate will yawn)
● You have an optimistic/cheerful/can-do attitude
● You love interacting with people
● You have a strong ability to multitask
● Master problem solver
● You have strong verbal and written skills
● Small business / entrepreneurial experience
● Customer success and technical support experience
● Managed a team of customer success/support representatives
● Self-managed (doesn’t require micro-managing, learns on own, takes initiative,
proactive)
● Familiar with one or more marketing automation systems (i.e.,
Keap/Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, Ontraport, Drip, HubSpot, Ontraport, etc.)
● Has used/implemented PlusThis
● You’ve done this before (Customer Support and/or Technical Support)
● Familiar with marketing automation/CRM/contact management systems
NOT desired: drama, slacker, pessimist, whiner, victim mentality, hand-out
expecter you get the point.
