I'm looking for a technician, a good one. I'm not looking for the best of the best, but one that knows how to do this job and I'm willing to pay accordingly. Strong diagnostic ability is key as I'm looking to fill the top tech position. In addition, I need a team player who wants to grow with the company, is willing to help the younger guys learn, and help put out fires along the way. We have a busy, 4 bay shop in Tempe with a great reputation and clients to match. We try to stick to 1996 and newer cars and light trucks with the occasional exception.
$1000 Hiring Bonus - Paid out in full, cash in hand, if kept on after 60 day probation
Guaranteed minimum pay + Incentive based on production
