We are seeking an experienced Commercial Blind Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled with hand tools, takes pride in quality workmanship, and demonstrates reliability, honesty, and genuine care for their work and customers.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial window blinds and shades, no programming required
- Accurately measure windows and job sites to ensure proper fit and finish
- Read and follow installation instructions, layouts, and basic schematics
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment at all job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation issues on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience installing commercial blinds, shades, or similar window treatments
- Proficient with hand tools (must be comfortable using drills, levels, measuring tools, etc.)
- Own tools preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift, carry, and install materials as required
