Position Requisites:
⢠Candidate must be well rounded in all aspects of HVAC & Refrigeration Diagnostics & Repair.
⢠Minimum of 3-5 Years' Experience as a Commercial Service Technician.
⢠Have commanding knowledge of Instruments & meters relative to diagnostics.
⢠Excellent Communication Skills. Both Written & Verbal.
⢠Expected to be proficient in recording, reporting & follow-up on projects.
⢠Responsible & able to take ownership of Tasks & Duties.
⢠Customer oriented.
⢠Solution driven.
⢠Must be dependable.
⢠Maintain Professional appearance & presence.
⢠Good driving record.
⢠Serious & qualified candidates only.
Additional Qualifications (non-requisite) :
⢠BAS & EMS System experience.
⢠Boiler & Hydronic experience.
⢠Chiller & Cooling Tower experience.
