Comprehensive Risk Services (CRS) provides environmental safety services including emergency restoration, moisture extraction, build back, asbestos and mold remediation, and firestop repair services.
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
work with project manager and supervise crews
removal and disposal of damaged building materials
emergency restoration and remediation
build back to existing condition
firestop repairs
maintaining a safe work environment
provide management supervision to construction teams and plan jobs accordingly
maintaining a clean, professional appearance and attitude
other duties as assigned
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
supervisor experience
valid driver license and clean driving record
be able to lift up to 50lbs
be able to climb and work on ladders
pass a respiratory/pulmonary physical exam (asbestos certifications are a plus)
ability to travel throughout Arizona on short notice is required
$500 sign-on bonus to well-qualified individual (paid after 90 days of employment)
