We are and well established Restoration and Reconstruction business working within the insurance restoration industry. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator.
Job Description: The Project Manager position includes managing construction projects, subcontractors, in house personnel, providing customer service, must be proficient in Xactimate, and create budgets.
Position Overview: Construction Project Manager/Estimator (PM)
⢠The PM will have responsibilities for the administrative, financial coordination and control of construction projects.
⢠Managing customer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders and reconstruction documentation.
⢠Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager on Projects and Budgeting Projects
⢠The PM will work directly with the Reconstruction Department in the management of construction projects
⢠Setup and maintain scheduled construction both in-house work and sub-contractors.
⢠Providing direction and managing sub-contracts as needed
⢠Tracking job status and addressing customer issues
⢠Data entry into Jon Nimbus on all updates, status, and issues
⢠Responding as necessary, and notifying other staff whenever necessary
⢠Minimum 3 years of experience in writing estimates in Xactimate
⢠Working with adjusters, Project Coordinator, on Estimates and Supplements
⢠Must have proficient computer skills, experience in Microsoft office
⢠Experience and/or working knowledge in Construction knowledge is required
⢠Initial walks, create contracts, estimates and supplements
⢠Must have adequate and reliable transportation may require travel to job sites on
occasions
⢠Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Spanish is a plus
⢠Must have good work ethics, be a highly-motivated leader, and able to work
extended
⢠Must be able to meet all state, and federal employment requirements
⢠Can pass a background check and pass a drug test
