Job Description
We are seeking experienced, attentive, and awesome AC installers, who can communicate proficiently, are clean cut, and have an amazing attention to detail. Responsibilities:
-In charge of executing quality residential retrofit HVAC installs with a helper
-Excellent communication with homeowners
-Ability to install an AC system from start to finish and commissioning/start up
-Manage project timelines and work scope
-Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized
-Manage all required paperwork pertaining to the AC install
-Explain the system to the homeowner once installed
-Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!
-Maintain a professional appearance
-Follow safety protocols, and complete gas/CO testing on start up
-Help train and develop the HVAC install helper
Requirements:
-3-5+ years HVAC Lead Installer experience. Crew management is a major plus
-EPA Certification
-NATE Certification, or willing to obtain
-Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
-Driver's license with clean driving record, and ability to drive company vehicles
-Must live within 25-30 minutes of our main office
-Knowledge of building science principles a major plus, but not required; must be willing to learn
