Position Summary:
The Lead Maintenance Technician would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Community Manager in completing unit inspections as needed
Manage all building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Trash Chute, etc.)
Responsible for apartment turnovers
Informing the Community Manager of any unusual activities
Manage the propertys appearance and stability for both current and prospective residents
Demonstrate the strong professionalism and integrity that Dominium represents. Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of previous experience in a Residential/Multi-Housing environment
Moderate experience in electrical, plumbing and/or painting
HVAC experience
Possess a current and/or valid drivers license and insurance
Ability to work on-call
Ability to work evenings and/or weekends
