We're looking for a Full Time Painter to help in high end fabrication/blacksmith shop. We are looking to hire immediately. We build and install ornamental and architectural metal work as well as build furniture and accessories and have been in business for over 30 years. We are looking for an experienced painter. Must be able to use a help or conventional sprayer. If you have experience with electrostatic machines, it is a huge plus. Since we are a custom job shop, you may assist in shop work as well, cutting and prepping materials for fabricators.
Pay will depend on experience level and interview.
Applicant should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Our shop is located in downtown Phoenix, but you may need to travel valley wide for installations.
Must speak English, bilingual is a plus.
Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs and endure working outside in the Arizona heat.
Must be able to read a tape measure; have basic blueprint reading skills.
General hand/power tool experience is necessary.
