We seek full-time and part-time driver-partners to join us inÂbuilding an Uber rideshare fleeta community of drivers with common interests and common goals, and a common desire to make rideshare driving in the Valley as rewarding, and as lucrative, as possible.
Novice drivers take home betweenÂ$500ÂandÂ$1200Âfor a 40 to 60 hour workweek. We offer cash bonuses for outstanding performance, a variety of incentives to drive smarter and to earn more, and an automatic, inclusive profit-sharing ensuring that every increase in gross profits is directly reflected in our compensation schedule.Â
Driver-partners incur NO upfront costs, no fees, hidden or otherwise. We even fill the tank prior to each shift. We provide fully insured, Uber-accepted vehicles under original dealer warranties. Our cars in the fleet are authorized for UberX and UberXL trips.
But drivers must be ready and willing to take driving very seriously indeedsome, depending on experience, must also be ready and willing to learn the craft of smart driving (or, as we like to say, advantage driving), which is just a set of guidelines, along with a few tricks, that allow drivers to maximize per-hour income and so, too, their weekly take home pay.
