Our dry van drivers are averaging between 3,000-4,000 miles per week, are on the road 2-3 weeks at a time with a flexible amount of home time. All our trucks are less than 3 years old with APU's and inverters. Paid holidays AND sick time. Pay day every Friday.
And sometimes it's nice to take a break and spend more time around the house. Transfer to intermodal division can get you home 3 times per week for a while if you like.
All we require is for you to be a safe professional driver with 2 years of experience, and we will do everything we can to support you! If you are not making money, either are we.
What is a safe driver? No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, 2 of which cannot be within the last 12 months. No more than 1 accident/incident. No more than 5 employers within the last 3 years. Clean drug and alcohol clearinghouse. And yes, we do hair testing.
Our pay? .51 cpm base, with an 8 cpm monthly bonus. Bonus eligibility is contingent on you running at least 9,000 per month (piece of cake).
We also pay an extra $50 for every hazmat load you pull. We don't require hazmat endorsements, but if you have one, it will get you a $500 sign on bonus! Want to get hazmat but don't have the time or money to attend an accredited school? We have you covered there as well. We are also an Entry Level Driver Training School licensed by FMCSA. We can help you get your hazmat training on your schedule so you can get your endorsement at no cost.
