Basic Skills & Qualifications:
Good computer skills - Fast typing speed, experience with Word & Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on deadlines
Strong writing, spelling, and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks
Must be well-organized and detail oriented
Job Responsibilities:
Writing content for new products, blog, and other content needs
Pick and fulfill outbound orders by utilizing the shipping platform and picking system
Unpack, sort, and put-away inbound product shipments
Efficiently and properly upload new products onto the site
Assist with unexpected and demanding tasks that come with a fast growing company
You can expect your time to be allocated as follows:
50% : Product and data entry
20% : Order picking & fulfillment
20% : Re-stocking
10% : Customer service - email & telephone
