Local retail/contractor looking for experienced bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (ie: Word, Excel, etc). Will also possess knowledge with accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase ordering, receiving, monthly reconciliation, running reports, and accurate job costing. Candidate will also be responsible for scheduling and routing technicians. Must be a reliable individual, able to multitask, and a quick learner. Will be working direct with office manager, so must also be a team player. Customer service/sales experience is a plus.
