HOAMCO, a premier community management company in Prescott Arizona is seeking a Controller to lead the performance of the accounting department.
You will be tasked with the daily operations of the accounting department, supervising a team of 15 and implementing process improvements.
Requirements
⢠5+ years of accounting experience
⢠Degree in Accounting
⢠Well-developed leadership and management skills
⢠Ability to meet deadlines on a consistent basis while maintaining the highest level of integrity for the company
⢠Demonstrated ability and desire to work in a rapidly growing, fast paced environment
⢠Team player with excellent client service, strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
⢠Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence and encourage others
