Fast growing business in the Tri-City area is looking for a full-time individual to provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department. This is an office/admin job with strong emphasis on accounting/bookkeeping. We are looking for a motivated, well-rounded individual with experience in AR, AP, Account Reconciliation, Payroll that is proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word. This position will include general office support tasks, such as filing and other clerical work as needed.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have a strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize daily tasks. Experience in general accounting and QuickBooks Enterprise is preferred.
