The Customer Care Representative is responsible for general customer account administrative responsibilities, order entry, returns processing, order tracking, and any other customer inquiries. It is a gateway position to advance your career with us!

Customer Care Representative Qualifications:

2 years customer care experience.

Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

High school diploma or equivalent or some college experience.

Customer Care Representative Overview:

Maintains daily telephone contact with external and internal customers regarding product information.

Enters orders into the systems, and expedites them according to established processes and procedures.

Provides product information, pricing and availability.

Initiates and processes customer claims and disputes.

Provides administrative support to the inside and outside teams.

Follows-up with customers regarding the status of their open orders and relay shipping information.

May assist with tracking and maintenance of accurate inventory records.

Performs other duties as assigned.
