The Grand Highland Hotel, located on downtown Historic Whiskey Row, is seeking for a professional Overnights Guest Services Representative to join their team.
Overnights Guest Services Representative will have the opportunity to assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner; provide an excellent customer service and create a safe environment. The job will include registering and processing guests promptly upon arrival and departure, booking software in an efficient and professional manner, receiving and transferring calls, selling rooms, making reservations, audits, and serving morning breakfast.
Please note that the shift are from 10pm to 8am. 20 hours per week. Must be able to pass background and drug test.
