Customer Service Representative - Verde Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA Accredited 3 doctor small animal practice looking for a full-time front-desk customer service representative.
CSR Duties The right candidate for Customer Service Representative has experience with heavy call volume and one-on-one customer service. This position requires significant multi tasking, great attention to detail, and a positive attitude is incredibly important! The right candidate is eager to learn and help where needed and understands that no task is too small or too big.
CSR Qualifications - We are looking for someone who has a passion for veterinary medicine and who is driven to be successful. Experience in veterinary medicine is strongly preferred but not mandatory. A drive to succeed and the ability to work with minimal supervision will be key for this position. The position is approximately 25 hours a week. Some lifting up to approximately 50 pounds is required and there is a lot of standing and moving.

Must have: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills including working in a team environment, handling difficult situations including upset or distraught clients, basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, and AVImark experience a huge plus but not necessary), and strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and still attend to details.
